The tube came from a bicycle co-op and I use heavy duty bonded nylon thread.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI stitched these up on my custom bicycle powered sewing machine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI use a modified cam style plastic buckle that is very robust and also lightweight. It works like the old school boy scout belts and is very intuitive. The end of the belt is reinforced using a metal end.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo size your belt, please measure your actual waist and check out the chart below.
